Completed! The Popcorn Tree
It was a fun project created the 3D model (mesh) for The Popcorn Tree children’s clothing store & working to meet the needs of little Miss MaddiesonRose. This was just the type of project I needed to keep me cheerful in our nearly post- apocalyptic scenario with the onset of Covid-19.
With all the bad news out there, let’s take just a moment to celebrate that we have Second Life !
Second Life residents have been practicing the art of staying home, keeping our hands to ourselves *winks* & creating vivid virtual worlds to escape to for YEARS!
Imagine if we didn’t have our online friends, family, homes, clubs, stores, and virtual experiences?!
IMAGINE if we had…NO INTERNET !!! *gasps* that would be awful.
BUT, since we do have our virtual lives, let’s take a moment to be thankful, to wish good health to ALL the people of earth too.
Thanks for being here- enjoying Second Life & thank you to all of you- the artists, builders, painters, content creators, business owners, scriptors, hosts/hostests, DJs, live entertainers, riggers, and model makers who make this place the greatest escape!

Some of us are blessed to have great support from friends and family. Sadly, this is usually not the case.
Do your friends tug at your arm to go out with them when you mention working towards your dream? Is your family nagging you to “get your head out the clouds and get a Real Job?” I know I know, we’ve all been there, we love them for who they are and cherish their company but let’s admit it, they’re not the best crowd when we are trying to reach our dreams.
We all need someone to believe in us.
Why not let me be that someone to you while you be that someone to me? I need you to pick me up when I fall and I promise to push you onward when you want to stop.
That’s exactly what the MasterMind meetups are for! To help you get the support you need to go after your goals. We want to help you be courageous, We want you to be courageous, tackle the big dreams,the ones that keep you up at night….You know, the ones even YOU thinks are to nuts to to go after!
Mastermind Meetups will be held twice on Sundays, once in the morning once in the evening ensuring everyone is full of positive energy and ready to crush it Monday morning.

Second Life is a search Engine no different from Google.
Grab your customers & the Second Life Search engine’s attention by giving your products User-friendly/Search Engine friendly names, descriptions, & don’t forget to check off the “Show in Search” option on every new creation!
Be Seen & Heard!
If you don’t know what Search Engine Optimization is, think of it as the thesis statement to sum up a story. , At a quick glance, you want the search engine and your customers to know exactly what it is you have to sell.
Pick the most important words for both people and the Second Life search to know what it is you are selling and why they should buy it.
Algorithm priority is typically given to Username, Store Name, Creator Name, first 60 characters of the object title, first 160 characters to the object’s description. Make use of all of these fields to maximize your exposure through keyword rich copy.
Look for a Full 2 part series for both in-world products and SecondLife Marketplace listings in the coming weeks and then the second part 2 weeks from then.
